    HPS series self-prime pumps

    The HPS self-priming explosion-proof centrifugal oil pump adopts an axial liquid return pump body structure. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a liquid return hole, and a gas-liquid separation chamber. The shaft end adopts a mechanical seal. After the HPS self-priming explosion-proof centrifugal oil pump starts normally, the impeller sucks the liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipe together and mixes them in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrains the gas and flows to the outer edge of the warm volume.  A thick white foam belt and a high-speed rotating liquid ring are formed on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffuser. At this time, due to the sudden decrease in the flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the gas liquid, and the gas is discharged through the pump body and continues to rise and be discharged. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber, and enters the impeller again through the return hole, and mixes again with the gas sucked in from the suction pipeline inside the impeller. Under the action of the rotating impeller, it flows out of the impeller again and again. As the ground progresses, the air in the suction pipeline is continuously reduced until the gas is exhausted, and the vacuum self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation.

    HPS explosion-proof centrifugal pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products. The temperature of the medium is -20℃~+80℃. It is an excellent marine oil loading and unloading pump. It is also suitable for the transportation of oil in oil storage devices such as land oil depots and tank trucks, and can also be used to transport sea water, fresh water, etc
